RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Promise

We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Collector Casing display case, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any product for a full refund.

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@collectorcasing.com with your order number
  • We may request photos to verify the product condition
  • Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back
  • Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving your return

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • No scratches, marks, or signs of use
  • Original packaging required (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • All components must be included

Return Exceptions:

  • Items with visible use, scratches, or damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or return denial
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our condition standards

365-Day Damage Coverage

If your display case arrives damaged, cracks, or develops manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.

To claim damage coverage:

  • Email support@collectorcasing.com with clear photos showing the damage
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue
  • Our team will review your claim within 24 hours

If approved:

  • Obvious manufacturing defects or shipping damage: Replacement shipped immediately, no return required
  • Other damage claims: Return of damaged item may be required for inspection before replacement is sent

This coverage applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects (cracks in acrylic, magnetic failures, assembly issues)
  • Shipping damage (cracked or broken on arrival)

This coverage does NOT apply to:

  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Scratches from normal use
  • Damage from dropping or impact
  • Modifications or alterations to the product

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny claims for damage caused by misuse.

Refund Processing

  • Approved returns: Refunded within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Damaged items: Replacement shipped within 2 business days (no return required)
  • Order cancellations: Full refund if cancelled before shipment

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
