Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: All orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Times (after shipment):

  • Canada (Standard): 7-14 business days
  • Canada (Expedited - if available): 2-3 business days
  • United States: 10-21 business days (if available)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Canada (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: $10-15 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Orders $75+ (2+ cases)

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $15-25 (calculated at checkout)
  • Availability may vary

International: Not currently available. Canada and US only.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent to your email when your order ships
  • Track your package directly through the carrier's website
  • Contact us at support@collectorcasing.com if you have tracking questions

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes (Canada Post only)

Customs and Duties (US Orders)

For US orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier to file a claim
  4. Email us at support@collectorcasing.com and we'll help resolve the issue

We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged box and product
  2. Email support@collectorcasing.com with your order number and photos
  3. We'll ship a replacement immediately (no return required)

This is covered under our 365-Day Damage Coverage.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@collectorcasing.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
